Although in two km squares, it is only a single colony. It has persisted on this site in Bridlington Avenue since at least 1977 (Crackles 1990). Wilson (1938) notes occurrences on the Hull Docks in 1903 {J F Robinson} & 1906 {C Waterfall}.
